MONTEDECO IS LONG DEAD

Montenegro Development Corporation sounds like a big corporation that cashes on lots of resources. But in fact, it's a dying coprporation, no, in fact it's a dead corporation that died with the death of the Family Matriarch Rosario.

Whatever the heirs say, in my opinion, Rosario has done quite a very good job in maintaining the Family name. Why did I say that? When she died, the heirs took over the books and the administration of the corporation and they found out that Rosario left a hefty sum of unpaid taxes to the government. Considering the vast land, including the Montenegro Ranch in Claveria, Masbate. This wad the dilemma of the heirs, and so I thought.

With Rosario at the helm, she did not show any signs of worry, she did this too well that nobody in the family knew there is a problem already. When the heirs took over when she died, as I've said, the dilemma sank in. But in reality, this wasn't in the mind of most of the heirs. What's really their agenda was to get their share and take off. Unfortunately for them, there are a few who insist, they save the family properties first before cutting them down to pieces for distribution. These were Gaspar, Renato, Rogelio, Rolando PERIOD. The others simply sat and waited for crumbs. They waited for the time that it'll be their turn to get the money. What money? The corporation is cash-strapped!

These "heirs" were like Vultures hovering over the dying corporation waiting for it to breathe it's last breath. There was even one who used Miguel Sr., the patriarch to coerce him to sign a document totally donating a disputed patch of land to the government (who during those time was anti-Montenegro, which up to now we have no idea what we have done against Eduardo Andueza, maybe he was just JEALOUS of the family's strength). Then there are some who tried very hard to get the Ancestral House, the nerve! Evelyn and Ricardo tried ever so hard to get there hands on the House and wants it torn down! Fortunately, Gaspar did his best to counter these actions. Then there was Miguel Jr., who sold cattle and never reported the profits in. Then Fe, who kept on borrowing money from the creditors in Pio Duran Albay and charged it to the coproration.

The heirs was never interested in paying the debts, what they're interested in, is to get their share, never mind the debts. So now, the unpaid taxes are still unpaid and only some of the debts were paid, thru the efforts of brothers Rogelio, Gaspar, Rolando and Renato. Then there's the issue of administrators, the corporation passed thru a lot of hands, this is because everytime the heirs would unseat one and appoint another, this is a case of " ang magnanakaw, galit sa kapwa magnanakaw "!

So it's Ricardo's turn at the helm, everybody thought it was going to be ok, since he's the youngest! But they were wrong, I was wrong, to assume. As they say, ASSUMPTION is the MOTHER of all FUCK-UPS! Now, because of his jealousy with Gaspar, because of what Gaspar has and what Gaspar's status right now, he said it's his turn to go after those who cashed-in when Rosario and Miguel was still alive. These people thought that what Gaspar has now was the result of his sucking-up to Rosario and Miguel. I pity these people.

So now, Ricardo has made-up lies that Gaspar owed the corporation and that he won't be able to get his share for the last two harvest to pay his "debts" to the corporation. Wait a minute, how about those who made cash advances to the creditors in the past and charged it to the corporation? Why did they get their share? And why did Ricardo believed outright what Godofredo had said that Gaspar owed him and gave him instead Gaspar's share without consulting Gaspar in the first place? Pity how GREED could DESTROY a family! At first I was furious, but after some time thinking about it, well, all I can say now is BEWARE OF KARMA!

Should we come to this?

The current Administrator of MONTEDECO -- RICARDO G. MONTENEGRO has NOT remitted GASPAR'S share of the harvest for two consecutive periods already. It seems that something fishy is going on in Claveria. Acoording to my source, he justified this by saying that GASPAR has some unpaid dues to the company and the second one that GASPAR owe's GODOFREDO Sr. thus he gave GASPAR's share to GOODY on the 2nd Harvest.

I have been trying to call RICKY and he turned off his cellular phone. So what do you think?

EX-MAYOR Eduardo Andueza BEHIND BARS

Rumors have it that, Ex-mayor Eduardo Andueza of Claveria, Masbate has been arrested and is out on bail. No details yet on what charges he was put behind bars with so many cases filed against him.
