Land Dispute - AGAIN!
Last week, somebody told me that Miguel "Jun" Montenegro, Jr., was out to get half of the land in Canomay from the heirs of Gaspar G. Montenegro. He claims that it is part of the land that was given to him by Rosario G. Montenegro and Miguel P. Montenegro. Upon hearing this, Sweetie Montenegro immediately went to Claveria to settle the matter. It came out in the end that the parcel of land that Jun was after was another land also in the area of Canomay. What's funny about it was that, he found out that half of his "land" was already sold by a brother of his.
RUMOR:
RUMOR: There is a rumor going around that cases were filed against a certain owner of a school in Claveria. According to my source, 1 of the cases filed has already been resolved and the court has required the accused to pay an estimated amount of P500,000.00 to the accuser. While the other case is still pending in court.
In relation to this, the said owner of the school was rumored to asked for the help of the current mayor but was unsuccessful to solicit any.
