Looks like Eduardo Andueza's dream of becoming a Congressman was dumped when he was defeated by Masbate Board Member Bong Bravo for the 1st District seat. Although his wife won as Mayor of Claveria, his political plans/wishful thinking would be just like that, wishful thinking.
